Welcome to Forest Park HPE!

                We are all very excited to have you in our classes this year.  We feel that Health and Physical Education are very important in order to live a long and enjoyable life.  In Physical Education we let the student understand why they are doing certain exercises and activities, and why it is important to their health.  We are trying to promote lifetime fitness through different activities.  We feel strongly that if a person understands these concepts, they will have more respect for themselves and their environment. While we are in the classroom, we will explore and discuss the following: Drivers Education and CPR/First Aide. Students will have to pay for the Drivers Ed Manuel $2 and the CPR/First Aide certification cards $2.  Students may also purchase a PE uniform for $20.  They are allowed to wear their Middle school uniform or any other Forest Park activities apparel.
